DAY 1 - Sunday, 19 February 2023
ARRIVAL IN VIETNAM / DA NANG
Depart from Sydney or Melbourne to Da Nang (via Ho Chi Minh City).
Pick-up at the airport and transfer to Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa for check-in.
DAY 2 - Mon, 20 February 2023
Montgomerie Links Golf Club
Designed by Colin Montgomerie, the links-style Montgomerie Links gives you the feeling of being in Scotland, but without the cold temperatures. The golf course takes advantage of its close proximity to the Marble Mountains, and features an excellent course with a large, contemporary clubhouse.

BRG Da Nang Golf Resort, Norman Course
Opened in 2010, this course immediately leapt to fame, being recognized as one of the 15 best new courses in the world by USA GOLF magazine. Da Nang Golf Resort has achieved many awards, amongst them 2011, 2012, 2013 best golf course in Asia by the readers of Asian Golf Monthly as well as the 2012 Best Golf Course in Vietnam by USA Golf Digest and the 2014 IAGTO Diamond Award.

REST DAY - Half-day Hoi An Sightseeing Tour
Enjoy the quintessential charm of ancient Hoi An as you walk the narrow streets and explore the shops along the bank of the Thu Bon River. Visit the Japanese Covered Bridge, the Fujian Assembly Hall and the famous wet markets, while also exploring the historic Old Town for a shopping adventure.

REST DAY - Optional Golf
Optional: Bonus round of golf: Laguna Lang Co Golf Club
Located between the ancient city of Hue to the north, and Da Nang to the south, the Laguna Lang Co Golf Club is an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Sir Nick Faldo. The course takes advantage of the variety of existing environments as it weaves between trees, over rice paddy fields and streams, through impressive rock features and alongside the beach, to create a challenging and beautiful layout.

Hoiana Shores Golf Club
Set against a spectacular coastline and unspoiled natural terrain, the new Hoiana Shores brings the design genius of Robert Trent Jones Jr. to Vietnam. Offering majestic views of the Eastern Sea and Cham Islands, Hoiana Shores Golf Club offers a thrilling links golf experience for golfers of all levels. Ba Na Hills Golf Club
Located 25 minutes from the centre of Da Nang, Ba Na Hills is set amidst a valley surrounded by native forest. This is a mountain course with a great mix of natural topography and vegetation, which will provide a challenge for all levels of golfers. The fairways are typically generous, and the bunkering style is impressively bold with the grass rolled over the face and the sand partly visible from the tees. The greens have plenty of subtle undulations and encourage a variety of approach shots.

DAY 6. Fri , 24 February 2023
OPTIONAL: Sunworld Ba Na Hills
For non-golfing guests: Private transfer to the magnificent Sunworld Ba Na Hills. Featuring a spectacular Cable Car Ride (one of the longest in Asia), it is a beautiful and unique experience. You will have time to experience the world-famous Golden Bridge (pictured), as well as the Le Jardin D’amour flower garden and Debay Wine Cellar. You will also enjoy the French Village at the height of 1138 meters.

Ho Chi Minh City - Full-day, Best of Saigon Tour
Visit The Reunification Palace; once the residence of the President of the Republic of Vietnam. You’ll also explore the War Remnants Museum; displaying US military vehicles including tanks, jets, etc, and the Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post Office; among the most famous classical French colonial architecture examples, over 100 years old.

Note that airfares are not included in the above prices. SGA can manage the flight bookings for you, or you can choose your own flights. We will quote airfare when you make the booking, payment is required after flights have been confirmed.

Entry in the event is subject to accepting the SGA Terms & Conditions of entry. To secure your place, a $1000 deposit is required by July 31, 2022 and full payments are due November 10, 2022. Bookings and payments are made directly to SGA. Once you have completed the online booking, we will contact you with booking confirmation and payment information. Payment can be made by direct deposit or by credit card over the phone. Note that payments for the land package are made to Social Golf Australia and payments for airfares are made privately.

The current travel advice for Vietnam is available via Smartraveller.gov.au. Please note that International Travel is in a constant state of change. While we will do everything necessary to notify our booked travellers of any changes to border entry or the itinerary, etc, it is up to you to ensure you meet all obligations and requirements regarding travel, including PCR Tests, Visas, etc.
