SGA Thailand Golf Terms & Conditions of entry

BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS

The person effecting a booking shall be deemed to have accepted the SGA Thailand Golf Terms & Conditions on behalf of all persons named on the booking form.  The contract will be governed by these Terms & Conditions.  Any variations to your booking requirements must be made in writing.

PAYMENTS

All prices are in Australian dollars.  All payments are to be made to Social Golf Australia.  To qualify for the ‘Deposit Early Bird Offer’ a deposit of $500 must be received by Social Golf Australia by Friday 31st October 2017.  To qualify for the ‘Full Payment Early Bird Offer’ full payment of your chosen package must be received by Social Golf Australia by Friday 12th January 2018.  Payment can be made by electronic funds transfer, credit card (Mastercard / Visa – attracts a 2% surcharge), cheque (to be made out to Social Golf Australia) or cash in person.  Early bird deposit and full payment offer applicable to SGA International bookings only.  

CANCELLATIONS

Should you cancel your booking the following cancellation charges will apply:

  • More than 60 days before start of the event – full refund
  • Less than 60 days before start of the event – any monies that have been passed on to our suppliers on your behalf to secure your booking will be forfeited.

Cancellation charges may be charged by suppliers and will be passed on to the customer.

CHANGES IN PRICES OR ITINERARY

Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are based on an exchange rate of 1AUD – 25THB.  Any fluctuation in exchange rate of more than 5% may trigger a price change for all packages.  If we are forced to make a change to your booking or any part of it for reasons beyond our control, we will give you notice thereof, including any change in price.  In the event that any change to your itinerary demonstrates that your tour has become materially different from the original, you have the right to ask for a rearrangement or withdraw from the tour.  In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking due to reasons that are beyond our control we will, if able, offer alternative arrangements.  If you do not accept the alternative, we will refund any monies still held by us.

RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY

Social Golf Australia accepts no liability for any act or omission whatsoever, whether negligent or otherwise, of those Hotels, Operators or Persons providing services in connection with this event.  We do not accept responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, delay, change of schedule or any other event beyond our control.  Social Golf Australia has made every endeavour to ensure that all details are correct at the time of publishing but cannot accept responsibility for subsequent change or withdrawal of prices, details or services shown.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Social Golf Australia strongly recommends that, at the time of booking, persons participating in any SGA Thailand Golf event take out a comprehensive Travel Insurance Policy.  It is a condition of entry that you are adequately covered by the final payment deadline.
